We spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the festive decorations and music. The pool was refreshing and clean, and the spa services were relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold dishes, and the staff were friendly and helpful in assisting with local tours.
The WiFi was spotty and slow, making it frustrating to stay connected. the room was poorly lit, making it difficult to read or work comfortably.

The hotel is great for those wanting a quick ride to the market area in the evenings. Tuk-tuks are always available and easy to arrange. the breakfast buffet has a good selection of food items. I enjoyed their fresh waffles and baked goods. the candies and spicy peanut mix were a big hit with me; I even bought a kilo at the market to take back home.
The gym could use an upgrade, the equipment was average at best.

Amazing breakfast with lots of variety and options, lovely pool area for relaxation and fun in the sun. Convenient location for exploring the city and nearby attractions.
The room charging points didn't work well, and the front desk staff could have been more welcoming upon arrival.
